These Rules for the use of Bonus Cards are designed to improve the quality of customer service and expand the range of services provided by the private farm "Berry Dream".
1. Bonus Card "Berry Dream" "Berry Dream" is a plastic card that provides an opportunity to receive discounts when purchasing goods subject to the following Rules. In addition, each holder of this Card will be able to receive information about discounts, special offers, participate in promotions throughout the entire period of use of the Card.
2. The bonus card is not a bank, payment or credit card.
3. Both individuals and legal entities can be holders of the Bonus Card.
4. To activate the Discount Card, the Holder must write his/her name and surname.
5. The validity period of the Bonus Card is not limited.
6. Bonus Card "Berry Dream" "Berry Dream" is cumulative. The amount of the discount depends on the total amount of purchases made with the presentation of the Card and is calculated as follows:
5% Purchase amount over UAH 5000.
10% Purchase amount over UAH 10000
20% Purchase amount over UAH 20,000.
7. The amount of savings does not burn out and is valid for the entire period of validity of the Card. In case of damage and/or loss of the Card, the amount of savings is transferred to a new card.
8. The Cardholder cannot transfer his/her Card to family members, friends, acquaintances, etc.
9. In case of loss or damage, the Card shall be restored. Restoration of the Card is possible upon confirmation of the holder's information for receiving the lost "Berry Dream" Card, which is stored in the "Berry Dream" database.
10. In order to restore the Bonus Card, you must:
fill out a new Application Form;
specify in the Questionnaire the data (full name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail) of the buyer in whose name the lost Card was received;
if the customer's personal data is found in the database, the Card is restored.
11. "Berry Dream has the right to send informational and advertising messages to the phone number and/or e-mail address of the Cardholder specified during registration in the Questionnaire, subject to the consent of the Cardholder.
12. In case of providing false (inaccurate, unreliable) information about himself/herself in the Questionnaire, as well as in case of untimely change of outdated information, the Cardholder shall bear the risk of any negative consequences associated with such incorrect information. These include the impossibility of restoring the Card in case of damage or loss, the inability to change personal data, the inability to receive a special discount.
13. The information obtained from the Questionnaires is used by Berry Dream in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, including the information used solely for the execution of the retail sales contract (for example, to identify the buyer when providing him with a discount on the Card or to restore the lost Card with the preservation of savings), as well as to inform Cardholders about discounts, special offers, promotions.
14. "Berry Dream" "Berry Dream" has the right to unilaterally and at its sole discretion to change the terms and conditions and procedure for granting discounts. In this case, these Rules shall be amended, and a corresponding notice shall be posted on the Berry Dream website - www.berrydream.com.ua.
